VOLLGRAN Weizenkeime are either eaten pure or added to suitable dishes but not cooked. 4-5 tablespoons are generally used per day (approx. 50 g). Its pleasant, nutty taste is a perfect addition to muesli, yogurt, porridges, smoothies, bowls and desserts, and even soups and salads.
